Blue Waves Cruises ensure a safe sailing experience and here are some terms and conditions for our valued customers.  

All motorboats of Blue Waves Cruises are rented in accordance with the provisions of the Port General Regulation Nr 38 (Government Gazette B’ 2390/2019). 

As for the two types of boat that do not require a license, as the boats’ horsepower is less than 30hps, the person who will drive must have adequate experience in boat navigation and operation and will be held fully responsible for its good navigation from delivering to the return of the boat. 

Only the number of passengers stated must embark on the boat and it’s illegal to handle the boat under the influence of drugs or alcohol or use the motorboat after dusk.

To deliver the boat to Santorini Blue Waves Cruises in the state that was received. 

The boat must be returned at the agreed time, if you exceed the time an extra charge might apply. Early return of the vessel does not entitle the costumer a refund.

The costumer agrees to visit only suggested spots and the maximum distance of vessel from the coast should not exceed the 3 Nautical Miles. 

A deposit should  be paid to confirm the motorboat booking. 

• For online bookings, the full amount is required to secure your booking.
• For cancellations made within 3-0 days prior to the cruise date, the full amount is charged.
• For cancellations made 3-5 days prior to the cruise date, 50% of the amount is charged.
• There will be a total refund if you cancel up to 5 days prior to your cruise or in case of cancellation due to weather conditions.
